This Funko Soda release is based on the snickering canine sidekick from the 1968 animated show Wacky Races. Muttley is best known as Dick Dastardly’s partner, usually reacting to schemes with his trademark wheezy laugh. The series remains a recognizable Hanna-Barbera racing cartoon from that era.
