Pops Today Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pops Today website, mobile application, and related services ("the Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction required to consent to processing of personal data) to use Pops Today. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community rules.
- You can delete your account at any time from My Profile → Account → Delete Account, which permanently removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post or transmit content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes any third party's rights.
- Impersonate any person, entity, or Pops Today staff member.
- Upload viruses, malicious code, or scrape the Service in a way that interferes with normal use.
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited promotional content, or advertise third-party services.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate-limiting, or moderation systems.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our prior written consent.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, removal of content, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.
4. User-generated content
When you post a review, comment, reply, list, profile bio, or any other content ("Your Content"), you represent that you own the content or have the right to share it, and you grant Pops Today a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it within the Service.
You can edit or delete Your Content at any time. Deleting your account also removes Your Content from public view.
5. Reporting and blocking
You can report any review or reply you believe violates these Terms by tapping the kebab (···) menu and selecting Report. Reports are reviewed by Pops Today moderators. You can also Block another user from the same menu, which hides their content from you and ends any follow relationship.
We commit to acting on reports of objectionable content and abusive users within 24 hours of receipt. Repeated abuse will result in ejection of the offending user from the Service.
6. Affiliate links
Pops Today displays affiliate links to third-party retailers including Amazon, eBay, and Entertainment Earth. When you tap one of these links you leave the app and are subject to the retailer's own terms and privacy policy. As an Amazon Associate and eBay Partner, Pops Today earns a commission from qualifying purchases. We do not control retailer pricing, availability, shipping, returns, or customer service.
7. Intellectual property
Funko POP! and related trademarks are the property of Funko, LLC. Pops Today is an independent collector community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Funko, LLC. All other product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Pops Today name, logo, app design, and software are the property of the Pops Today team and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings, prices, or product information are complete or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pops Today and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
