This Bitty POP! comes from the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated show, part of Nickelodeon Eastman and Laird's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Raphael is one of the four turtle brothers, typically portrayed as the hot-headed fighter on the team.
