Description

This Dorbz shows a classic cartoon bear in a space-themed outfit from the 1961 TV series The Yogi Bear Show. In that Hanna-Barbera comedy, he’s the clever troublemaker of Jellystone Park, usually trying to outsmart the ranger for picnic baskets. The character has stayed familiar through decades of reruns and spin-offs.

The figure has the rounded Dorbz proportions with a calm, closed-eye smile and a big black nose. He’s wearing a green astronaut suit with a clear bubble helmet, a silver collar ring, a red star on the chest, and a yellow segmented belt, with his arms resting at his sides. It comes from the 2017 Hanna-Barbera (Astronauts) 4 Pack and is limited to 1,000 pieces produced. The number isn’t listed for this release.

The Yogi Bear Show

From his home in Jellystone Park, Yogi Bear dreams of nothing more in life than to outwit as many unsuspecting tourists as he can and grab their prized picnic baskets all while staying one step ahead of the ever-exasperated Ranger Smith. Yogi's little buddy, Boo-Boo, tries to keep Yogi out of trouble but rarely succeeds. That's okay because not even Ranger Smith can stay mad for long at the lovable, irresistible Yogi Bear.
