Description

This Dorbz-style figure represents the Wakandan hero from the 2018 film Black Panther. In that movie, he serves as the central protagonist and protector of Wakanda. The character and film hold a clear place in modern Marvel pop culture.

Shown in a squat Dorbz body with an oversized head, it features the panther mask with pointed ears and narrow silver eye slits. The suit is finished in black with bright blue linework across the face and chest, plus small claw-like markings along the lower body. It’s numbered #424 and sized in the standard Dorbz format, produced as a limited run of 5,000 pieces. Black Panther

King T'Challa returns home to the reclusive, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to serve as his country's new leader. However, T'Challa soon finds that he is challenged for the throne by factions within his own country as well as without. Using powers reserved to Wakandan kings, T'Challa assumes the Black Panther mantle to join with ex-girlfriend Nakia, the queen-mother, his princess-kid sister, members of the Dora Milaje (the Wakandan 'special forces') and an American secret agent, to prevent Wakanda from being dragged into a world war.
