Description
This Mini Funko Minis figure shows Splinter holding a small paper sign in front of him, with one hand pointing toward it. In the Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze (1991), he’s the turtles’ rat mentor and guide, a central supporting character in the story.
