#07 Oogie Boogie (Glows in the Dark)
Description
This Pocket Pop shows the burlap-bodied boogeyman from Disney Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, a 1993 film with lasting popularity as a Halloween-and-holiday staple. In the story, he’s a villain who runs his own gambling den and causes trouble for Jack’s plans. The character is known for his stitched-sack look and mischievous grin.
The #07 mini figure is a small, squat Pocket POP! sculpt with a big rounded head, narrow eyes, and a wide smile. It’s molded in bright green to match the Glows in the Dark sticker noted for this release, with simple seam-like texture across the face and body. The pose has both arms bent back at the sides, giving it a slightly hunched, looming stance. This 2015 piece was available individually in box #07 and also as part of a 3 Pack Pocket POP! Tin multi-pack.
