In the show, he’s presented as an eerie costumed “ghost” used to frighten people while the gang investigates.
The figure has orange side tufts of hair, a white face with sharp black eyes, and an oversized red mouth with a purple nose. It wears a pointed purple hat with a light-blue pom, a light-blue ruffled collar, and matching light-blue gloves over the purple outfit.
