Description
This Funko Soda figure depicts the bespectacled owl from the Tootsie Roll Pops ads, a character best known for the “how many licks” lollipop promotion. In that media, he plays the impatient authority who tries to answer the question by taking over and biting into the candy. The character has remained a familiar piece of classic American candy advertising.
The sculpt shows him standing upright with oversized blue glasses and a black graduation cap, with orange beak and feet against a rounded white body. One wing holds a red-and-white lollipop up near his face, with his tongue visible as if he’s mid-lick. It comes in the SODA canister size from 2022, and no number is listed for this release. This one was produced as a limited run of 8,400 pieces.
