This is Mary Sanderson from Disney Hocus Pocus, presented here as a red chase-style variant. She’s one of the three Sanderson sisters in the 1993 live-action film, a trio of witches brought back to cause trouble in Salem. The movie has stayed a familiar Halloween staple for decades.
The figure is a small Funko Soda-style piece sized for a SODA canister, with no number shown.
